Before we begin, we need to determine if our services are right for you. Here is a look at our process:

  • It all begins with your company’s values, products/services, and goals. This stage is question-heavy, and will guide (at least initially) how we present your company through our media as well as who it is presented to.

  • Our team will take what we’ve learned from speaking with you and create a content-based marketing strategy. The marketing and content plan is meant to be of the greatest value to you below. The mix of final content is based on high-performing media researched from local and general competition, as well as strong general marketing principles. Importantly, we answer all your questions and justify all decisions so both sides are confident moving forward.

  • We begin making content and the delivery process across Instagram, Facebook, and other (if deemed advantageous) media networks in accordance with our mutually agreed-upon strategy. Feedback is always welcome.

  • We work to continuously update current content and create new content that builds on previous work. We not only report back to you about content performance, but actually use the data to become more efficient month-to-month.

FAQ

  • Yes! Photos can easily be taken at video shoots and made apart of your content plan.

  • We tailor a strategy specifically for your business. This means the amount of content and back-end work varies between clients. With that being said, a majority of our current clients pay $500-$1,500 per month.

  • Yes! Although, a month-to-month plan almost always will be of greater value to you.

  • While Utopia does occasionally hire contractors for things like early-stage video editing, you will work with me, Mareck Damiano, directly. This is subject to change in the future. Of course, I am happy to connect you with graphic designers, web developers, or anybody who specializes in something that I/Utopia doesn’t.
